Business Outlook
Pros
Smart people who work really hard to help clients make better decisions and understand their markets. Well-established as a data provider in the pharma industry, and expanding slowly into Payer and Government Services.
Cons
Management is focused on its Private Equity exit, likely late 2012 or 2013. Lots of pressure on cost-cutting, increasing productivity, and squeezing employees to the point of not following through on commitments and promises. Almost all the best people I know there have left in frustration.
