Cons
Favoritism (it's not what you know, it's who you know) Expectations are not realistic/achievable, which is demotivating Quality employees undervalued, under-recognized Often too internally focused, 'tick box" mentality Meetings for the sake of having meetings Don't expect reward for job well done. Everyone comes with their own siloed agenda to the table, and you will find yourself going nowhere very fast.
