      Good benefits, great work from home policy, friendly people

      Cons

      -They do not promote lower level employees and hire outside - turned down for 2 positions in favor of outside hires, one of which was a referal who was fired after 2 months -Not innovative, work on same things over and over -Poor at hiring: Will say anything to get top notch employees, and than will give them remedial work

      Decent pay Flex time Good stepping stone to start career Travel opportunities This is a good company to start a career, will help prepare for corporate business world, by showing the opportunities and potential pitfalls of corp America.

      Cons

      Favoritism (it's not what you know, it's who you know) Expectations are not realistic/achievable, which is demotivating Quality employees undervalued, under-recognized Often too internally focused, 'tick box" mentality Meetings for the sake of having meetings Don't expect reward for job well done. Everyone comes with their own siloed agenda to the table, and you will find yourself going nowhere very fast.
