      Pros

      Great opportunity for grouth, Local travel (9 visits/wk), Per dium allowance (depending on city), and few protocols (2-3).

      Cons

      Large coorporation (too much burocracy), Metrix are measured solely on visits per month and time of trip report submission, Management claims to focus on work-life balance but they are very dettached from reality.

      Challenging work, leader in the industry, good benefits, many people that care, opportunity to succeed

      Cons

      Actions not matching the message from senior management. Lots of talk about pay-for performance, work life balance and so on but as someone who exceeded expectations in 2012, my raise was less than 3%. I've heard similar stories from others. Major push to cut costs in going public, and work expected to be absorbed by others
