Pros

Great team culture with a reasonable life work time balance. Opportunities to grow and expand career in many paths. Team members can have a lot of impact and input on how the business is evolving and can turn valuable insights into action quickly.

Cons

For operations sometimes it is difficult to take the company holidays as we need to ensure the operation is running all the time for our members. We can make the time up at a later date, but it would be nice to be able to take the time when most other cross functional teams are off too.

The people - you spend the majority of time at work so you really need to love what you do and love the people you work with. I am also able to be innovative and feel highly empowered to drive the business and make decisions which not only furthers my growth as an individual but really helps our brand thrive. I'm an Ipster for live!

Cons

Meeting heavy but to be expected in a remote first environment.

- Respect for individual. - PTO encouraged and respected. - So much emphasis on physical and mental well being. Lots of programs shared weekly. - Ability to setup your own work life balance. - Decent core working hours.

Cons

- Not a tech driven company. Tech is often thought of last when it comes to doing things that resonate with the Engineers, showcases importance of work, allowing them to have more autonomy.
