Pros

Working in a really diverse school full of students from all over the world. Really develops your skills as a teacher to be flexible with planning/scheduling and differentiate to various learning needs. Friendly staff members. Has the IB curriculum.

Cons

With a high turn-over rate, as it is an international school, management has difficulty filling vacancies with good, experienced teachers because it is difficult to get native English speakers to work for a low salary in comparison to the high living costs.

Pros

None that I can think off

Cons

If you value your career and sanity, look elsewhere. Emails don't get answered, no one takes responsibility, pay discrepancies, even the Vietnamese staff leave
