Pros

None, think about, hmm still none!

Cons

Cronyism and nepotism is the way management works in this company completely encompassing every decision where clients are abused by unethical practices. The poor record keeping, leads to unethical charges appiled to clients. Its a flawed business model. Documentation is so poor, and reluctance to correct it. Software is so fragile changes are sent out with out any testing cause havoc . Understand that this is not an engineering company, but rather a bunch of wanna be hobbists that poaches industry leading technology only to place a sheetmetal box around it and call it imax.

Pros

Caring people, well known brand.

Cons

Structure, too eager to dilute brand even further, high fees kill smaller theaters, which is why so many "institutional" theaters have moved to other PLF brands or left educational programming behind altogether. Went from a bright spot in the cinema world to trying to straddle billion dollar gross Disney films and educational films that put them on the map and are quickly leaving them behind.
