IMAX is a very cool company to work for. The office is nice and the people are really great. The office politics aren't bad for a company. The benefits are good and you get to see a lot of great movies.

Cons

The salaries aren't very high. They don't seem to value long-term employees as much as some other companies might.

Fun to work with / for such a great product. Combines the best of technology and hollywood. Very nice people with a positive team culture.

Cons

HQ in NY and Main operation in Canada makes it challenging. Company run in a traditional manner. Management very focused on shareholders.
