Good knowledgable people all around.. Very nice place to work, decent salary and benefits package. Flexible hours and relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Unresonable expectation at times, crazy hours, no mandatory training, mid management needs proper training and should provide better incentives. Way too many shuffling in the team

Great health benefits package and non-monetary compensation reasonable work load, not highly stressful Great perks like movie tickets fun Technology to work with

Cons

very few opportunities for career advances, in fact many managers seems to not care about staff career at all. non-supportive HR in general, mostly take upper management sides. Technical expertise are not well perceived, soft skills are much valued by upper management
