So many cons. 1 . In the same meeting that CFO talks about millions of revenue and calling it an exceptional year. CFO would also tell you that people are taking snacks home and they should not abuse a perk. Stop asking people to work from home after office hours then. Thats also abusing the authority and making your team's personal life hell. 2. They have such turn over but they are still arrogant in their ways and refuse to address the issue and problem 3. CEO & CFO talk about all the sweet things in town halls about how amazing IMAX is doing but they don't care that some of their employees are working 60-80 hours a week. 3. They are just bullies who would be nice in front of camera but off camera they are in human, cruel and selfish management

Poor company culture. Minimal opportunities for career growth. IMAX has reduced all employee schedules and OT opportunities as a cost saving measure during the pandemic. But hourly workers are still encouraged to work OT and on our off days without pay. It has happened in all departments from Post to Distribution to Marketing.
