Pros

IKEA the company is amazing. Great benefits and customer appreciation. Great incentives for their favorites.

Cons

Management members that have been there for years are against change and insuffencently trained to prepare new employees with the necessary tools needed for success. There are also way too many "cooks in the kitchen" per say.

Benefits are amazing, work life balance is great.

Cons

Managers don't really care about their employees which causes lots of call outs. Work schedule sucks. Always having hours cut. Pay isn't to good for the work. IKEA EPA is like a high school. Grown people acting like children.
