Pros

Hired on spot. It's a job.

Cons

The recruiter has no knowledge on proper salary based on experience and education. They will start you at base pay unless you've worked retail for pretty much all your life. Horrible training they basically throw you on the floor. Everyone thinks their a manager. Super unorganized to say the least.

Pros

Strong values, great benefits, restaurant discount and good enough employee discount for furniture.

Cons

Not every manager demonstrated those values, severe lack of training for new employees, not enough long-term sustainable development in job titles. Also, bad managers were not taken to task for their disrespectful and unprofessional conduct, creating a serious sense of mistrust in the whole company.

Pros

very professional, sending emails of everything they need

Cons

Starting off at $11.50 when I was told $13. Took forever to start. Two interviews then four week wait then drug test and background check.
