Toxic culture

Pros

The benefits and pay are definitely great. Sometimes you meet some cool people.

Cons

This store specifically has an extremely toxic upper management culture. Advancement is based on who you know or how pretty you are. Not your performance or data driven statistics. Managers don’t know how to use their own provided systems and the stores receiving procedures are laughable at best. Just don’t.

Pros

store discount early off time

Cons

6 am call time Disrespectful leadership Leaders taking our creative ideas and claiming as their own Leadership not doing their assignments and throwing them onto us Severely underpaid and over worked Want to paint walls, climb ladders and handing ceiling lights? It’s the job for you Leaders will make you change a room set then go in after you and rearrange it to their style No training whatsoever
