Senior Management is more focused on painting a picture that they are innovative and indispensable to customers. There is a lack of a realistic expectations of how to generate growth for customer. Struggling to maintain their relevance in an industry that paralyzed by restrictions and a changing retailer landscape and mindset. This place is a case study in dysfunction.
