Pros

The work culture is really great. Now a days the comoany is going through restructuring and layoffs. It has great benefits as well.

Cons

The restructuring is great and I think the company is well positioned for the economic boom compared to other competitors. Recently they have discontinued their profit sharing.

Pros

Good people from WagerWorks' time who still stick around; Paychecks that still comes, for now

Cons

1) Good people from WagerWorks' time keep on leaving 2) Start-up no longer - corporate rules! 3) What time you come in to the offic in the morning is more important than how much you do 4) One senior manager from Sun = more and more middle management from Sun 5) 1 engineer cut or resigned from San Francisco = 3 engineers hired in China

Pros

IGT offers the best benefits package in town. Three weeks paid vacation to start out. Room for growth and career paths if dedicated.

Cons

Employee reduction (layoffs). Reduced benefits (profit sharing/raises). Not holding management accountable for their failures. Possible move of HQ from Reno to Las Vegas?
