Pros

Salary's are not bad. Working hours are flexible. My new position is much better than other departments. Much better level of day to day management

Cons

Top level management is all about the money. Company direction and day to day information is not presented to the working staff. Mid level managment needs to take classes on how to engage and tutor ther workers. To many manager have no experience managing personell properly.

Proud History, Used to be a Great Company, if the CEO is fired, it could return Many competent people, but leadership doesn't know who they are

Cons

CEO and management team they brought in are clueless, which does not stop them from being arrogant Legitimate down cycle in industry, but management team could be gaining ground, but are not

If you can come across a good manager/team, it can be a very fun place to work

Cons

Getting fair compensation for what you do is not what they care about. You can be quakified for a position and have all the qualifications but because you current salary isn't within the grade of what you're going for, they won't bump your pay to meet the grade but will hire from the outside with little and or no experience and will pay top dollar.
