My experience over many years is that everything I once loved about IGT is gone except for a few of my peers.
Pros
I have built strong professional relationships with my IGT peers with mutual respect as the foundation (but that applies to every company during my historical work experience). Peak Performance propaganda in cool geometric shapes to use in the restroom stalls for reading material. IGT communicates continuous reminders to employees to maintain integrity, which is thoughtful, even though it implies a continuous lack of faith in employees.
Cons
Raise Freezes Incentive Reductions Increased Benefits Cost Wide Spread Low Morale Low Confidence in Management and Executive Staff Unannounced Layoffs of Peers Unrealistic Deadlines Increased Workload, Without Increased Compensation Extreme Personal Losses in Company Investments Forced Unpaid Office Closure between Xmas and New Years
