Pros

Good Benefits, great people in the department, Opportunity to learn more about the business.

Cons

Hands-off management, favoritism, poor pay, every day seems to add more responsibility and not a cent more in pay, stingy raises, no room for advancement if you're not int he in crowd. No cost of living raises for tenured employees.

Pros

Good benefits, good core group of employees.

Cons

While there are a few good managers, there are others that think they are good managers. Some will hold grudges, easy to write you up, but no where to be seen if praise is to be given. Career advancement is very slow. If you are not part of the in crowd, then your career will flounder. Pay is low.
