Pros

There is a good variety of challenging work. Spielo has quite a few different products running on different platforms. Salaries are good for the region.

Cons

There is a bit of the big company mentality that is unavoidable with a company this size. Sometimes it feels like there is too much time spent in meetings and not enough time getting things done.

Pays well for the area (Nevada) good bennies, on site cafe

Cons

Completely political. Company in transition from manufacturing to a services company. And writing code is not what they do well - buying code is what they do well. Change makes people nervous and there are a lot of well paid nervous managers in place.
