Pros

Excellent people working there, nice environment to work in, sick time, free coffee on site

Cons

No career advancement, no planning for your career, pay well below standard, its not what you know but who you know that gets you a bonus if any, since buying IGT the company has sold out its Moncton facility and employees, lots of layoff so that the Reno facility site can prosper.

Pros

if you are a pig you can have free donuts every Friday.

Cons

Low tech, middle-school click-ish Management by gossip. Managers are untrained and blame others for their own lack of ability. Prima donna producers blame artists and engineers for everything. Lots of attrition. They are constantly interviewing, hiring, and firing people. They seem to just get their ego's shinned by the constant stream of interviewees. Then they gossip about the interviewees' age, race, gender, etc. Terrible IT. TERRIBLE IT.
