The organization is filled with talented and creative people. Many whom have been with the organization for many years. As this industry is always changing and evolving there are many creative challenges that require a great deal of agility and creative to work through. Great for anyone whom appreciates an entrepreneurial approach to their work and the need to stay nimble.

Cons

It is an increasingly top heavy organization in constant flux — new upper management, changes in reporting structure and new processes make it increasingly challenging to gain momentum and clearly communicate. As many employees have been with the organization for a number of years there is institutionalized knowledge that can be challenging for one to understand that would be new to the company or gaming category.

Pros

Good work life balance. Benefits are still pretty good. Generally stable company. If you just want a paycheck and want to put in your time it is a good place.

Cons

Capping of promotions and salaries. Declining benefits. Slow moving, out dated software development processes. Resistance to change - Things are done because "that's how its always been done" with no supporting reason. Have little to no voice in product development.
