Pros

There's a good work/life balance, with a flexible schedule. I worked with tons of smart and talented people. Learned a lot from working there.

Cons

I don't think the higher ups know what they're are doing or what direction to go in. I wasn't paid what I was worth.

Pros

Smart people worked there. Knew the technology and the business.

Cons

No work/life balance. People had to work weekends all through the summer when I was last there. Lots of burn out.

IGT would not be where it is today without the hard work of the employees, which sometimes means extra hours during major project rollouts or extra shifts to keep us running 24/7. At the same time, we hope to create a strong work/life balance by providing employees in the United States with generous benefits. These include weeks of paid vacation, paid holidays and floating holidays, paid sick time, a paid day off to volunteer in the community, and paid parental leave and an adoption benefit.
