IGT would not be where it is today without the hard work of the employees, which sometimes means extra hours during major project rollouts or extra shifts to keep us running 24/7. At the same time, we hope to create a strong work/life balance by providing employees in the United States with generous benefits. These include weeks of paid vacation, paid holidays and floating holidays, paid sick time, a paid day off to volunteer in the community, and paid parental leave and an adoption benefit.
