This is the most unprofessional most unprepared organization I have ever worked for. You will be overworked, overstressed, yet underprepared and underpaid. They have old equipment, old procedures that need updating but you're expected to follow them to complete the job. You will be expected to get the job done despite all of these negative but preventable factors if managed properly. If you're not able to do so , you will be at fault. Management is the worst. They are never accountable.
