Close-knit team, great casual wages, paid overtime, staff discount (not too generous though), relatively easy work, ideal for high school/uni students.

Cons

Management was good to start with, change of ownership was generally negative. Not sure if this has changed since I left. Need to support staff more.

Employees and customers are friendly for the most part, and it's a great atmosphere to work in.

Cons

Lately, employees haven't been working well at all, so the more experienced people are doing nearly 100% of the workload for the same $7.25/hour that everyone else receives.
