Independent ownership allows lots of focus on decisions Pay is done at a small scale which allows for personal relationships to be made and all disputes solved easily

Cons

Complete control by singular owner which leaves very little room for disputes or disagreements Poor professional practices

Fast paced, great customers, flexible hours, loved my manager and some of the employees i was close to.

Cons

Sometimes not enough work to do, boring at times, some of the employees were rude, not enough money.
