Pros

Jim's IGA was my first job and it was a great one to have. It's family owned and the building has been around for a really long time so it holds fond memories for a lot of people in the community. The hours were flexible and I really enjoyed the people I worked with.

There really aren't any cons.

It's a very fun environment and you meet a lot of interesting people. It is a great first job and the training was great. I learned a lot from this company that has taken me far.

Cons

It's a very low hourly pay, but it's great for someone in high school or college. It's open most holidays unfortunately.
