bad company for the employee point of view it has more fluctuation than vodafone and airtel very few employees can stay for the long last or they are having lack of knowledge or wisdom or scary people stays for long time in idea. more than any company politics is there. their are getting initially employee from the third party and then they playing politics to get onroll if any employee want to start career from the base he will be on that base forever even if you are MBA or PG you are into sales and hope to be a manager someday .this wont happened you will stays as salesman long time

Cons

Idea is a slow action organization. It could do well to move people around faster so opportunities could crop up for other people too.
