Idea policies is declining stage. Becoz of some fool employee. Whos are non MBA or [ PG]. But showing like he have good qualification. One things is that, I will not shown to his name- During my interviews [ for the post of activation officer in 2011] Currently he is a SD Training HEAD. He told to me you are over qualified.So we can not appoint to you on this position. That time he shown , In idea, only for under graduate or graduate. Not for MBA and other course..
