Pros
Ok for some one who wants to retire.
Cons
Most of the employees lack skills required to do the job. Lot of people are working for 10-15 years. So if you want to accomplish any task, you have to navigate their stupidity and high-handedness. Employees over here think they are doing some rocket science, when in fact the saturated mobility business is the only thing they can handle ---with great difficulty. Most of these guys do not get jobs elsewhere which is why they have remained for long time.
