      I believe challenges are way of learning. However there were no challenges to work and grow.

      Good work culture, parent group ABG offers multiple career choices

      Cons

      1. Work life balance is really bad 2. Senior management seems to be unaware of competition. Employees are paid far below what competition pays. 3. HR policies are not so great and confusing 4. Not employee centric

      Pros

      The organization embraces new grads and sets a comfortable environment which recognises and appreciates new talent, regardless of seniority in the company. HR initiatives at keeping the employees happy have worked and a lot many people have stuck to the organization for 6-8 years.

      Cons

      The pace of the organization is a bit too slow, and most of the products are not breakthrough innovations. Having said people settle down for a good period of 6-8 years, change management is bit of a hassle. Working with an outsourced IT partner slows the pace of innovation further.
