      Pros

      Great medical research experience. Great coworkers. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Management can use improvements. Hours scheduled do not match workload. They base pay off availability so someone doing less than you could be paid more than you. They promote who they like rather than the person best qualified for the jo or who has earned it based on merit.

      Benefits are decent but not great.

      Cons

      -Pay is way below industry standard. -There is ZERO transparency between executives and basic employees. -Management is awful. -CEO made the decision to not give bonuses to level Is this year, blamed it on COVID, but really it was so they could acquire PRA and not take as big of a loss. -not much room for advancement unless you go WAY above and beyond (I mean literally work 12+ hour days.

      Competitive pay, good benefits, nice office.

      Cons

      If you value nepotism, this place is for you. The working culture is toxic within the support functions, the extent of which I have never experience in any other workplace. Diversity is not valued at all, different opinions or ideas not heard. Management pretending to support everyone equally but the favoritism is blatantly obvious. The absolute worst place I have ever worked at.
