      Pros

      Competitive pay, good benefits, nice office.

      Cons

      If you value nepotism, this place is for you. The working culture is toxic within the support functions, the extent of which I have never experience in any other workplace. Diversity is not valued at all, different opinions or ideas not heard. Management pretending to support everyone equally but the favoritism is blatantly obvious. The absolute worst place I have ever worked at.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
