      if you are young & heathly CRA ICON is the perfect for you. this is a good place to learn a lot, get exp. then leave it when you feel ready fly alone.

      - no leadership - no reward, no promotion - workload - no positive management - salary low for sCRA

      Pros

      Fair behaviour of management, flexibility of working hours, overall friendly atmosphere make ICON a good place to work. I recommend this as a place to work.

      Cons

      High workload, low salaries, slow promotions are the main cons to work with ICON. Salary increase upon promotion is often unsatisfactory.

      Pros

      Great teams, wonderful CRAs, some of the managers are helpful and understanding.

      Cons

      CRAs are beaten down. Favoritism in hiring practices, culture of fear of retaliation. Most employees quietly grumble about work environment. poor work/life balance. No raises, promotions. The company tends to hire externally instead of promoting internally. CRAs are treated as an expendable resource. I've been with this CRO for almost a decade, and I cannot recognize the company anymore.
