      great benefits, ok pay, good work environment, excellent training opportunities

      very little space for vertical movement, tiny pay raises which are based very little on performance, high turnover rate

      Decent company top 5 CRO

      Cons

      Basically if you are Irish you will get top spots. Amazing that a Global company takes its leaders from a country the size of Connecticut. Let's face it, Ireland doesn't really have a Pharma industry. Net result, bad and untalented leadership team. Look at the Irish guy they just put in charge of Business Development - he is an accountant, can't make it up, but he is Irish so there you go.

      1) Directors point fingers at others & fail to listen to themselves on the phone 2) Everyone walks around like it's the CIA, can't talk without someone thinking... 3) Ireland based, Mgr spend 3 hours weekly pushing reports after they've been filtered
