      Pros

      Icon provides overall excellent work life balance. With a great starting salary and yearly hikes. Peaceful working environment which can initiate innovative thinking.

      Cons

      The learning at Icon very limited with fewer projects (Chennai). Narrow aspect of management which hinders overall career growth. Can be good company to start the career not much more.

      Pros

      I've been with ICON for 10 years. I started at the bottom as a temp/assistant and worked my way up to manager. The company has changed over the years, but if you work hard and keep your head up, you can advance your career. The benefits offered are very good and there is lots of opportunities for development.

      Cons

      The culture has changed since I started. It used to be pretty laid back, but as the company has grown, it has gotten a lot more 'corporate'. SOPs change too often, hard to keep up. Teams are global, there should he more travel opportunities to meet your manager and team.
