Pros

Great mission, cool technology, smart and collaborative colleagues

Cons

Constant change and right-sizing of staff creates a feeling of instability and affects morale. Very high expectations for average pay at non-senior levels; leadership wants everyone to buy in to the mission and feel ownership but the stock options and salaries don't match. Leadership thinks the cachet of working here is part of the compensation and need to stop drinking their own kool-aid.

Pros

Great pay, overtime opportunities, best health insurance and being apart of a great company mission to create affordable housing all over the world.

Cons

Multiple schedule changes within the year, long hours (12-15hr shifts) working overnights every other 2 weeks (not all the time)

Pros

Cutting edge technology. Fun work environment.

Cons

The way they treat employees who helped grow the company. Mass layoffs. Firing for “performance” as an excuse to not have to give severance.
