      Multinational company in an intersting sector but without an strategic vision.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to improve, but needs a right leadership after some mistakes in the last period. The company is involved in very interesting projects but it could be even better with a right management.

      Cons

      The company is involved in relevant changes and the situation of the market is not good, but the company has no strategy, is doing compulsive decisions, and has a lack of european vision of business.

      There are some good individuals trying hard to make this company stronger.

      Cons

      The leadership of this organization provides no strategic direction. Over the past year, ICL has removed or reduced many of its benefits and does not respond to local concerns from employees. Women are not given an equal opportunity to advance. As a result, we have lost many good people and more will follow.
