      Pros

      Opportunity to work with global partners (sometimes challenging). Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Currently limited vision and strategy. Low potash prices, recovery from large write-offs for canceled capital projects and an interim CEO that doesn't seem to be moving on, leaves employees waiting for direction other than to continually cut costs. Makes employees wonder if there is a future. Communication from senior management is almost non-existent.

      Going down hill fast

      Pros

      There is a Good work life balance. Most of the co-workers are great and it's a nice physical environment to work.

      Cons

      Lack of transparency and no equality on pay scales. Terrible top down communication and an atmosphere of chaos. Bad management gets rewarded. Benefits are not in line with similar companies in same area.

We are sorry to hear your concerns regarding communication, compensation and the work environment. We want you to know these concerns are taken seriously and will be communicated to our leadership team. With regards to compensation, the company is currently implementing a global job architecture project that has a component ensuring the company compares our compensation to local competition in each part of the world. As for our benefits, we are always looking for ways to provide enhanced benefits that our employees value. Fortunately, we receive positive feedback from most employees and we have not had to increase our health insurance premiums for two consecutive years. That said, ICL benchmarks our benefits against other companies in similar industries and will continue to make recommended changes to the management team.       pleasant but chaotic

      Pros

      very stable company - even the worst years still saw profit almost nobody gets fired very laid back atmosphere excellent people (mostly), very nice, pleasant environment

      Cons

      constant chaos - top management keeps trying to re-invent the wheel and the org structure keeps changing every couple of years
