      Pros

      -staff are generally great people -compensation is fare -trying to grow -fairly relaxed and flexible to tasks (office worker)

      Cons

      -fear culture, scared of so many things like bad PR, an HR issue, or a technology failure that is puts paralysis on growth and innovation. -lack of clear leadership - modern workplace culture is still in it's infancy

      Poor Leadership /No Strategy /No Innovation

      Poor Leadership...Management does not get it. Lack of long term planning. No clear strategy and constant change with no explanation to employees on the path forward.
