      Pros

      Excellent company to work for, great people, solid cause. There is opportunity for advancement within the organization. Wide variety of areas within the company which provides for interesting work. The organization is recognized as a leader in advocacy for the community banking industry. Very good benefits.

      Cons

      The organization could use more support staff, as at times you need to do administrative work. More accountability needed, need more recognition of mid level mangers contributions, and problem solving successes. More could be done to better support greater internal communications, so staff is on the same page.
