When I was at college, IBM was my dream company which became true. Thank You, IBM, for selecting me as part of you!! IBM gave me the work-life where I could learn how to communicate with people, helped me growing my career, made me felt proud to work here. IBM not only gave me work-life but supported me to manage my personal life also.

Cons

No downside here. But felt like it would be good if we get nominated to knowledge growing/skills upgrading training.
