Pros

Lots of flexibility for work from home. Can get unlimited leaves. Learning env is also good if you are working in good technology.

Cons

Salary hike is very low. sometimes partiality among project members for promotion. Needs to provide more scope for ON-site.

- Great People - Pathway to change your career if you network and help people - I've had great managers - Opportunity to learn and develop skills outside of your job title - Love the Agile Floor! - My managers have kept me very informed on the politics of the business

Cons

- Not many perks (free coffee would be an instant moral booster) - Moving away from Remote Work (depends on perspective)
