Laid back, lots of freedom, opportunity to gain experience with many different types of systems, variety of work atmospheres depending on shift.

Cons

Lack of management, guidance, and documentation. It is on you to figure out how to learn what you need to know, as there is no proper training plan. IBA is also in a process of change, so rules seem to vary week by week.

Great community in a vibrant city, open door policy with management. Opportunities for growth are possible.

Cons

If you dont speak Spanish, you should learn if you plan on working here. But, I consider that a plus!
