Pros

IBA offers a lot of Flexibility as well as opportunities. It is a very young and active company. People relationship is very rich.

Cons

It offers very poof benefits. the pressure is quite high and salary compensation very average. The flexibility often leads to a discontinuity of the projects.

Somewhat flexible schedule, pay is great for an inexperienced new hire

Cons

Raises don't keep up, health benefits are average, new equipment can be a nightmare to install. In example, every part I received from Headquarters was damaged on arrival. Meaning the part has to be fixed before it can be used to fix what it was sent for. Little advancement potential, literally go from being in the trenches to in charge of everything, if you positioned yourself for the jump to management.

High end life-saving medical techology, good working atmosphere, very human, determination to achieve its goals, market leader, open culture, willingness to transform itself from within, a big opportunity in terms of future growth and fulfillment and very approachable management

Can be quite demanding sometimes
