      Pros

      Exposure to multiple systems from X-Ray generators to cyclotrons. You could not learn everything even if given seven years. The system is that big.

      Cons

      Rotating Shifts Radiation Salary job with overtime results in more days off and not extra pay.

      Pros

      The Miami Cancer Institute was a very nice work environment. I learnt a lot about Proton Therapy. The project was very interesting. Working in an environment that is dedicated to save lives was a privilege.

      Cons

      The main struggle in the project was the poor team management leadership
