Pros

Very nice team spirit and support in small customer support teams. Very steep learning curve at the beginning. With a possibility to touch many different types of technology.

Cons

HR completely out of a touch with local rules and with employees. After initial steep learning curve there are no chances to enrich knowledge and add value.
