One of the most unpleasant work environments I've encountered in a 20-year career. Was recruited with promises of advancement and other future opportunities, none of which became a reality. Instead of promoting their best people from within, top management roles are either given to French or people recruited from outside. No meaningful career advancement here. Some of the best people I've come across in my working life, have come and gone because it was a dead end for them too. If you are looking to advance your professional career - seek further - here you will find yourself stuck.

Once your hired management gives you more work than a person can possibly handle, with little or no training. Raises are non-existent and the employee manage their own insurance and pay most of the cost, then corporate does. Many experienced or seasoned employees have left leaving a voids.
