Unrealistic expectations with regards to workload Low pay relative to competitors Lack of sense of completion FMS CEO makes demeaning comments to staff and minimizes people's contributions Constant questioning why things are late while not giving the support necessary to succeed. All focus is on winning future business instead of servicing current business properly Lack of proper R&D High Turnover Lack of experienced engineers Hired R&D from outside without any relevant product knowledge Timid management staff who are afraid of the FMS CEO Annual reviews are constantly late with no communication Low raises and bonuses, if you get one, which is rare CEO in general Limited advancement, it seems you have to threaten to quit to get anything you want or deserve. Only able to hire entry level engineers because they will not pay for experience Completely reactionary to issues Overall I don't recommend this company for anyone. I worked here for over 10 years and in the last 5 it has been going downhill and I see no change in culture or attitude so it will not change any time soon.
