Business Outlook
Pros
Supervisors and managers are cool. Job is easy. The top guy has meetings with employees and he says he is the head coach which shows he is not better than everybody else. I like going to work now a lot better then I did a few months ago. The new way of doing things with employees makes it a better place now. Management seems to be trying to change the place.
Cons
No air conditioning but they have been bringing it in slowly. Company t-shirts are required and the first ones that we got were heavy and hot but now we have new ones that are thinner. Right now a lot of 12 hour shifts and 7 days a week but I have needed it to pay my bills from when I was laid off.
